EileenCOLLINSDied peacefully in her sleep at Ysbyty Gwynedd on April 18th, 2008, of Gwawr Eryri, Penlon, Newborough with her family at her bedside. Husband Peter and all the family would like to sincerely thank friends and neighbours for their kindness, messages of sympathy and beautiful flowers. Special thanks to all the staff in many departments at Ysbyty Gwynedd, all the staff at Meddygfa Penbryn, Dwyran and the district nurses, the home carers, the ambulance staff, the staff and residents at Cartref Preswyl Rhos, the social workers, occupational health workers, all of whom through their professionalism, dedication and compassion contributed to enabling Eileen to enjoy a high quality of life in her declining years and dignity in her final days.
